My Birthday on Maui

The weekend after my birthday mom took me to Maui. It was pretty nice. The first day we took the road to Hana on the far side of the island. It was a long and winding road but had plenty of photo opts along the way. All of the waterfall shots and most of the landscapes are from that day. The second day we spent tanning on the beach, shopping, and eating at the Hard Rock Cafe. On the last day we went to the aquarium. It was small but had some things I had never heard of and/or seen before like Garden Eels. Then we explored, shopped some more, got some Krispy Kremes and left. It was a pretty good birthday. Next month we are going to Molokai and great news...we just got our tickets to Australia for October!!!

Windward Sunrise

We spent this past weekend at Bellows. On the first morning we got up to see the sunrise only to find it was overcast. But I liked these shots of the sun breaking through the clouds in the distance.
